| All change, after 5 years of a Computing degree, I'm going to teach drums! I'll be working at Lathallan Schools, and Gordonstoun Schools teaching Pipe Band Drumming, and doing a wee bit of web work on the side.
My main band is Bucksburn & District in Aberdeen, where I am Lead Drummer. We have an extremely successful junior band who were 2008 Scottish, British and World Champions, and the current Senior Drum Corps will be made fully of graduates from our Junior Band. I also teach a couple of hours at weekends for Aberdeen Schools along with Nicky Gibson of Grampian Police Pipe Band. I am also available to teach at workshops with bands throughout the country. I've written an Introduction to Snare Drum booklet that many bands use to tutor beginners. I play pretty much any type of drum, especially djembe, cajon and kit.
